We did learn a lot about Ginny today, as she has been opening up to us. First, she likes McDonald's chicken nuggets. It's the first food that has brought a smile to her face! She is also incredibly ticklish, a fact she hid for the past three days!
She started murmuring to herself today while she was playing with the books. It's this kind of low grumble and completely indiscernible but adorable nonetheless.
That's all for today, but we have her medical checkup tomorrow so we'll see how that goes!
It looks like the smiles just keep getting bigger and bigger. Who would’ve guessed chicken nuggets would be the food to do it? It’s really cool to see Ginny opening up more and more each day. Food poisoning doesn’t sound like a fun way to spend the day off, but at least you got to use the time in the hotel room to learn more about Ginny. Maybe you can get a 2 for 1 deal at the medical checkup tomorrow. Haha. Hope you’re feeling better!

ReplyDeleteWonderful how well things are going, and how much she is opening up. I wonder how she'll feel when she meets her siblings. Of course, she is used to other kids, so it won't be a big shock. Hope the medical check-up goes well and that the plane trip back is pretty smooth.
